As our world crumbles around us, an Illumination is happening in the most unlikely of places, in spite of the powerful forces that are trying to prevent it. One age will end and another will begin when an Avatar, a spirit incarnate, is born into the world. Plagued by worsening nightmares of murders in Central Park, Joe O'Connor seeks the help of his psychic spiritualist girlfriend. With her help, he discovers that not only are the crimes real, he is being framed for them. With the help of a street shaman, Joe confronts the leader of the cult behind the crimes to save his girlfriend and unborn son.
